LabWare LIMS is a scaleable architecture and has a proven track record both in decentralized departmental and in centralized, global, mission critical, enterprise installations that simultaneously encompass diverse requirements, multi-lingual support, and high level security across many different time zones. A number of server configurations are available including Windows 2000 and UNIX, running a choice of ODBC compliant databases including Oracle, SQL Server and DB2. A range of technologies including Citrix and the Intranet supports both laboratory users and information consumers.
