 | LabWare LIMS forms templates provide a flexible web-based data capture tool to enable data capture and requisition data entry at clinical sites.
Forms Templates allow a template to be defined and applied to any table in the LIMS database. The forms templates provide all the capability of a standard LIMS template plus some additional features including:
- Template columns which allow control over horizontal placement of fields on the data entry interface.
- Form life cycle steps: P- In Progress; C- Complete, V- Reviewed, X- Cancelled
- Form data review on an individual field basis
- Field limits
- Edit checks
- Fields assigned to “sections” which can be activated or deactivated to allow conditional navigation in form.
- Form complete subroutine- to enforce workflow actions upon completion of form
- Log sample from clinical trial directly from the form
- Ability to comment on values entered each field in a form record
- Manually or programmatically flagging a field in a form record
