LabWare LIMS is a full-featured, ODBC compliant Client/Server Laboratory Information Management System that is integrated into the Windows environment. Databases that LabWare LIMS is supported on include Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Informix, Sybase, Ingres, Progress and Microsoft Access. LabWare LIMS also provides a DataBase Migration Tool (DBMT) that allows you to copy databases from one environment to another. There are many examples where this can be of great value, including: When you're moving your development database to a production environment; When you're moving an existing database from one database product to another (e.g. SQL Server to Oracle); When you're copying your production database to a training environment; or To create a Microsoft Access copy of your database or selected tables to assist LabWare's Support in resolving any issue you may have.
