Throughout LabWare LIMS, context-sensitive online Help is available. The Help utility is invoked by pressing the <F1> key or selecting the Help icon displayed on every screen. The Help is displayed in a web browser and provides detailed descriptions of the functions and features of LabWare LIMS, pictures of screens, and an explanation and examples of the use of each data field. The Help also provides links to related topics. LabWare maintains an online Help facility on a web server to ensure the most up-to-date information is available, and users can access online Help through the Internet. Alternatively Help files can be stored locally or on a central server within your network, and the online Help can be modified to reflect your company's LIMS configuration and operating practices.
