| LIMS implementations are often challenged with the need to support complex operations with users who do not often interact with the system or have or not had the opportunity for extensive training. Visual Workflows provides the ability to present any graphic as a user interface. LIMS functions are mapped to the graphic and executed on a mouse click. One Visual Workflow may call another providing an unlimited capability for intuitive user navigation.
Visual Workflows can present dynamic data such as laboratory metrics, samples awaiting receipt, tests assigned to me, instruments requiring calibration or samples ready for authorization. This dashboard view is automatically updated as part of the Visual Workflow user interface. Links to commonly executed reports are also often provided on a Visual Workflow.
Visual Workflows are supported in both WebLIMS and Windows clients.
