To Oberod from Route 52 South:

Follow Route 52 South (Kennett Pike) into Delaware. Pass through the town of Fairville. Turn right onto Burnt Mill Road. The entrance to the Oberod Estate will be the first drive on the left. (If, on Route 52, you reach the traffic light at the Centreville School, you have gone approximately 0.1 miles too far on Route 52.)

There is a small sign at the entrance to the drive and a mailbox with 400 on it. Follow drive to the parking lot in front of the Estate. Please enter through the courtyard gates and proceed to the main entrance. Turn right when you enter the foyer and follow the signs that will direct you downstairs to the training room.



To Oberod from Route 52 North:

Follow Route 52 North (Delaware Ave.). The name of Route 52 will change to Kennett Pike. Pass through the town of Greenville. Continue on Route 52 past Winterthur, DE and through Centreville. Turn left onto Burnt Mill Road which is immediately (about 0.1 miles) after the light at the Centreville School. The Oberod Estate will be the first drive on the left.
