Description

LabWare Asia Pacific is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Indonesia.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Restocking office pantry supplies.
  • Restock the office stationery supplies.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Attend to vendors/visitors / logistic companies.
  • Organise appropriate refreshments and food when internal training and/or meetings are held.
  • Assist with organising and setting up meetings.
  • Assist with general purchases when requested and required.
  • Assist with coordinating group travel for events such as the Asia Pacific CEC, etc.
  • General administrative tasks (e.g., making copies of documents, record keeping, assisting the team with travel and logistics).
  • Accounts – Data entry, purchase orders, manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, process reimbursements.

 

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel).
  • Accounts administration and office experience.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • A motivated and positive people person.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to speak English at a reasonable level.

Candidates need to reside near a capital city with an international airport.
