LabWare Asia Pacific is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Korean Team, with a preference of being based in Seoul, Korea, but other locations within Korea will be considered for the right candidate.
This role is pivotal in driving new Sales for LabWare by identifying and qualifying Prospects and effectively selling our innovative Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), and professional services in Korea. The Sales Executive will nurture a robust Sales Pipeline, engaging New and Existing Customers and drive the sales cycle from initiation to post-installation support. Representing LabWare at industry events and exhibitions, you'll also tackle competitive market challenges with strategic positioning. Your role will involve the effective use of CRM tools such as Salesforce, a solid grasp of our product offerings, and skilled tender / RFP response management.
To be a candidate for this role you will have experience in Sales and ideally have worked in a laboratory. Previous LIMS experience, including LIMS Sales and/or LIMS Consulting would be beneficial.
Successful candidates will receive extensive internal training and mentoring. This is an exciting role with a variety of responsibilities and travel throughout Korea. An opportunity for international travel such as attendance of LabWare’s Global Sales Meeting is also available.
• Identifying and progressing new business opportunities.
• Assisting LabWare's Technical Sales Team Members with providing demonstrations of LabWare LIMS and LabWare ELN to Prospective and Existing Customers.
• Responding to Prospective Customer Request For Proposals, Request For Tenders, etc.
• Developing and maintaining sound Customer relationships.
• Helping to keep the Korean Sales Opportunity Funnel full (i.e. the Salesforce Pipeline).
• Working closely with the LabWare Project Services Team.
• Tertiary qualification in Science and/or Information Technology.
• Knowledge in laboratory or QC processes.
• Experience in Sales (e.g. Instrument Sales).
• Experience in delivering Laboratory Automation Systems.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
