LabWare is a leading laboratory informatics company, supplying, installing, and maintaining the LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) for laboratories in more than one hundred and twenty-five countries.
LabWare recruits talented candidates from science, technology, engineering, and mathematics courses to work across our wide-ranging and diverse set of customers from a wide spectrum of scientific testing disciplines, including the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, innovative R&D operations, critical water testing facilities, sensitive clinical testing laboratories, and more. It’s highly likely that you’ve purchased a consumer product tested using LabWare LIMS!
Your university degree will provide you with a strong foundation to build your LabWare knowledge. As a LabWare Graduate Consultant, you’ll be working across a dynamic and varied set of scientific industries and disciplines. The consultant’s role is to proactively guide and assist customers across various industries in implementing and configuring our products, and to promote the "best practice" adoption of the software in close collaboration with colleagues.
LabWare adopts a lifetime engagement strategy with our customers – once a customer, always a customer – which is reflected by the engagement of those who work for us. We have an exceptional retention rate of our consultants staying with us long term. This is made possible by our existing LabWare team helping to develop a strong culture of collaboration and support. We want you to build a lifelong career with us and, as such, we’re able to offer flexible working arrangement opportunities, plus optional opportunities for travel, to maximise your effectiveness and ensuring a healthy work/life balance.
LabWare invests heavily in the continuous professional development of our consultants.
