Services Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Interface with customers to gather User Requirements
  • Participate in Gap Fit
  • Configuration and deployment of LabWare Products
  • Introduction to interfaces with external applications
  • Implement instrument integration with LabWare products exposure
  • Develop and maintain superior LabWare product knowledge
  • Ability and willingness to work with a team

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Proficiency in Crystal Reports Development a plus
  • Understanding of database concepts such as SQL, tables, and fields
  • Understanding of programming, proficiency in at least one language
  • Understanding of Project management

Additional Requirements and Soft Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:
  • Computer Science,
  • Information Management Systems
  • Physical Science
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a laboratory, IT setting, or professional work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adept in self-learning
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated                               
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude, ability to motivate customers, and establish credibility
  • Ability to accommodate at least 50% overnight travel and schedule flexibility
  • Must demonstrate a strong aptitude for IT and have a genuine interest in technology.
  • Should be able to execute work instructions and complete work packages in the designated time.
  • Possessing a driver’s license and access to personal transport is a prerequisite as travel to customer sites is required.
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours is required
