The Customer Success Consultant’s role is to proactively guide and support a portfolio of customers implementing and operating LIMS and Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems. The CSC is responsible for providing on-going assistance with LabWare LIMS configuration and live operation & deployments. This helps promote "best-practice" adoption of the LabWare Solutions Suite and ensures a successful engagement with LabWare over the life-time of the system. The position would be ideally suited to an experienced LIMS professional but we will also consider applications from recent Science or Informatics graduates. In the case of Science graduates (Chemistry or Biology), the candidate should demonstrate a strong affinity for Information Technology. Exposure to databases and programming would be particularly useful.
